How to register international grievances in MADAD portal in Indian government?

 Introduction
The government of India launched an online grievance portal known as MADAD. This website will provide a platform for all Indian citizens living abroad to file consular grievances. The grievance online portal was launched by the ministry of external affairs, New Delhi. The external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj initiated the launch. The complaints are monitoring by the ministry of external affairs authorities.

How to register an international complaint in MADAD portal in India (It is only applicable only for Indians who is working or studying in abroad and face the problems).

1.     You should register the complaint with your official email ID in MADAD portal.

2.     After register in MADAD portal then they will send you the official confirmation email to your mail ID.

3.     There are five options in the website in which you have to log in as the grievant.

4.     After login, you just click on Grievance section then click on register grievance.

5.     There you have to fill your all the information (I.e. Passport number, immigration number, and current address) and complaint details.

6.     There are categories in which you have to choose anyone category and write details about your complaints. If you have evidence then you can attach the file there.

7.     After filling the form then you can click the submit button then you will receive the notifications to your mobile number and Email ID.

8.     After register the complaint then you can track the grievance status.
    The student can also register the grievance in MADAD portal but they will give first preference to workers.

9.     If your grievance is delaying then you can contact the customer care services or Ministry of external affairs authorities email ID (I.e. Ms. Sushma Swaraj external foreign minister).

செங்குத்தாக மலையேறும் Alpine Ibex காட்டாடுகள்
